Coherence refers to the dynamic quality of continuity, consistency, and connectedness that emerges through subtle moment-to-moment adaptations across time.
It reflects an integrated flow within and between connected elements of the system, allowing experience to be sensed, perceived, and interpreted in ways that feel organised rather than fragmented. In this sense, coherence is an ever-emerging process of alignment through which the Self is able to remain open, receptive, engaged, and responsive within the changing conditions of life.
Within coherence there is greater capacity for harmony across physiological, psychological, and relational domains, supporting a more compassionate, connected, and contextually attuned way of being within Self, Other(s), and the World around us.
