Coherent describes a state in which experience is sufficiently integrated for the Self to sense continuity within itself, in relation to Other(s), and within the World around us.
It reflects an organised flow within and between connected elements of the system, allowing sensation, perception, and interpretation to move in ways that carry continuity, consistency, and meaning. In this sense, to be coherent is to embody an emergent alignment through which the Self remains open, receptive, engaged, and responsive within the changing conditions of life.
When the system is coherent there is greater harmony across physiological, psychological, and relational domains, supporting a more compassionate, connected, and contextually attuned way of being within Self, Other(s), and the World around us.
