Dynamic

Dynamic refers to the nature of interactive energies that move within and between systems, shaping change, development, and ongoing activity across time.

A dynamic may be understood as a force, influence, or organising factor that catalyses movement within a process, allowing experience to remain active, responsive, and ever-evolving rather than fixed or static. In this sense, the dynamic reflects the living movement of energy and information as it flows through physiological, psychological, relational, and systemic domains.

Because dynamics emerge through interaction, they are rarely isolated. Rather, they arise within context, shaped by the reciprocal movements between Self, Other(s), and the World around us. A dynamic therefore speaks to the continuous interplay of forces that organise adaptation, meaning-making, and development within the unfolding conditions of life.
